For stalled or timed out runs - give some information on what the error message was

we recently had an issue with our runs but the only thing we could see on the device cloud was that the tests were stalled.  Some indication of the error would have helped resolve it more quickly

    This caused an issue when my test run exceed 30 mins on an account that I was uploading on behalf of (invited to team where subscription was Test Cloud University account).
