Add support for viewing test cases outside of a test run

Add the ability to uniquely identify test cases so they can be viewed and managed outside the context of a test run. One use case for this view is examining the pass/fail performance trends of an individual test case over time.

Looks good and interesting to see this new ability working. Looking forward.

yes please - we do this with our own reporting tool, but its very useful having the last x runs for each scenaro would help to see if its flaky or broken from a specific point in time

This would be useful, like the previous comment said we also do some of this externally already in our own tooling, but having this built into the test cloud interface would be awesome.

I wouldn't worry too much about aggregating results for a particular test over time since the code is changing its not as meaningful.  I would like to see a list of the last N runs of a test, with the date/version/success result and a link to the full test run (maybe indicate at what step the test failed in the list if possible).

This is a really good idea. Consider doing it in such a way as it can tie into Microsoft Test Manager or at least generate a TFS Artifact that can be linked back to a user story.

VSTS (or TFS on premise) will be our primary means for reviewing/managing test cases
