After Test Events

It would be great to have a way to fire off some sort of after test run event so that we can notify any service we might use that the test run is complete like github or slack.

Conceptual flow:

1. fire of test cloud using the --async flag

2. test goes through test cloud

3. test cloud calls a user defined CURL command or something similar using information such as Success/Failure and Series name

This would be very useful for anyone who is firing off TestCloud from a continuous integration system and don't want there CI runs to have to wait for the 9-30 min to complete but would still like to know when it is done.

Another option is to have test-cloud CLI to be able to get info of the last report - url, status etc.

    >test-cloud last info
    test run: master
    date : <date>
    result: ...

    >test-cloud last --share=true
your report is now available via <URL>

So that it would be possible to make actions(like posting into slack channel) from the same script that was used to submit test build.
